Phil Ridley
Chief Technical Officer
Phil has over 20 years of broad experience at all technical levels. He began his career in the military in the Royal Australian Air Force, in multiple hardware and software engineering positions as an Engineering Officer.
In these roles Phil gained expertise in a diverse range of advanced technologies, working with mission-critical communications, weapons and data processing systems as well as unique experience covering satellite, radio, microwave, encryption, digital signals processing and real-time control systems used in fighter aircraft, maritime systems and submarines. He also trained and gained experience in Design Standards, Quality Systems and Information Security.
Phil specialised in artificial intelligence and real-time optimisation techniques at university and has worked in senior technical roles in the telecommunications industry for over a decade.
Phil holds tertiary qualifications in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Business Administration.
